Amazing product! Reaches the whole back area and easily adjust the pressure you apply. Folds up for storage and the plastic bristles are molded in such a way that they feel really good. Not sure about the exfoliation and I don't know what the little wheel on the end of the handle is dor, but I highly recommend this product

the perfect back scratcher at last.I've gone through dozens of back scratchers over the last few years, all failing to perform in some way. Either too weak, too short, too flimsy, not sharp enough.This one is perfect.Good length, good handle and most importantly, Great relief from itching without damaging your skin.I suffer from eczema so im always scratching but have found that most don't give enough relief without pressing really hard, which usually ends in me bleeding.No such issues with this.Well worth the money to me.
