Nothing wrong with this
Very happy came as described to be honest better than i expected.Was concerned with other reviews would have simply sent it back if it wasn’t as expected.Came pre installed windows 11 pro. 2020 model i5 chipset.

OK laptop
Bascially ok. Cames with in a dent in the lid and a 'bright spot' on the screen which I am monitoring. Currently reloading software and data sand will see what it is like.

Faulty keys on keyboard
The media could not be loaded. Sadly some off the keys on the laptop did not work when it arrived! Poor quality for an item advertised as excellent condition.

Faulty product
I ordered the refurbished surface laptop, with the description claiming it to be in excellent condition. Other than a couple of minor scratches it was in pretty good condition. However; couple of it's keys on the keyboard didn't work. It's so disappointing that amazon selling a refurbished product claiming to be in excellent condition, lacks basic testing and poor quality controls. Not good
