Great idea but poor execution. Unfortunately the lid stopped closing after two uses. It brews the tea and coffee well otherwise. Overpriced for what it does. I don’t recommend itUpdate: within a couple of weeks, the dripper started leaking. So far, I have not no luck hearing from the seller around a replacement. Do not buy this!

I liked that it was multifunctional. I liked its design. But the temperature of filter coffee, tea and Turkish coffee is not at the level I expected. I think it prepares drinks at lukewarm temperature. This is a negative feature for me. And what I don't understand is that the filter cover doesn't always close, it only closes when it's hot. I don't understand whether this is a feature or a bug.

Love this coffee machine. Easy to use and clean. Coffee is hot and the milk is extra special as you have a choice of warm or hot brilliant. The coffee takes longer to brew but we’ll worth the wait. Best machine ever was a Christmas present.

Really nice features, it talks to you to tell you what it is making and when it is ready. Simple to use and makes a variety of different hot drinks, all of which are very good quality. By far the best coffee / tea machine we have ever owned

The media could not be loaded.  The idea of the machine is very good. Turkish coffee and filtered coffee in the same machine. However, after using 3 times, the filter coffee lid doesn’t close properly any more. There’s 2mm gap between the lid and the lock. After I made a search on the Turkish websites I saw this is a very common problem.

Lovely machine but the lid does not close - hence the cheaper price I suspect
