I just received this item the other day and the two times I used it it was great. It covered a larger area than the other packs. Kept cold longer and gets very cold. You do need to put a towel between it and your skin so you do not get freezer burn. It helped with my back and hip pain.I am going to order another one so I can use one on my back and one on my thigh at the same time because it works so well. It was very flexible so you are not putting a stone of ice on your back. I liked that it doesn't have a smell to it and comes with a bag you can put it in.I would recommend it.

Wife used it for the first time2 days ago. She laid on it in the bed and it was comfortable, worked as well as smaller cooling pads and cooling lasted a "lot longer" than the specified half hour for having been in the freezer for 6 hours.I may test drive this cooling pad for kayaking on a hot day.

I’ve tried several ice packs. Most were too small because I have lower And upper back pain and problems. This pain is usually all over. So I need a complete back ice pack. This is now my favorite cold pack ever. It covers my entire back all at one time. And I’m 6’ tall so it’s great. Also, some ice packs are just that - ice. Frozen hard. That’s Not comfortable. Or efficient. This pack stays pliable and is very effective. There are straps even, in case you need to strap it on and walk around. I haven’t needed that yet but I’m glad it’s there. Never know what tomorrow brings. Anyway, Ihighly recommend this cold pack. Well worth the money.

Seems good quality, strong velcro strap, decent size ice pad. The straps are NOT long enough. Straps length were made for petite or real skinny people, not comfortable wear criss cross straps.Would recommend the product.It didn't work for me, it doesn't mean it won't work for you.

My elderly mother hurt her back and she needed an ice blanket long enough for her long torso. She loves this one. I had no idea I could get one so long. Stays cold for awhile and gives her much pain relief

It has brought me relief and comfort. I use it on a different areas and it adjust very well. I am very happy with it.

Fantastic, it covers all the knee and leg. Sleep the night with no pain, I Recommend it.

I only used it once so far and it took my breath away right through my shirt!! lol ! Love it though. Good job whoever designed it.
