Confused
These were bought to put in a lamp. Pretty much a no brainer right? Then I take out the 'instructions' that say it is REQUIRED (yes in all caps) that the ballast that these will be used in, must be removed or the product will fail and flickering may occur. Flickering occurred as soon as I placed it in the lamp. I tried the remote and it didn't respond once inside the lamp. I tried the second bulb but it didn't even work. The company did not respond as to why a ballast needed to be removed from a LAMP? Oh well, I returned them and Amazon as always was quick to refund our monies.
