Tried product with/without food. No processed food in my clean eating. I lean towards a carnivore way of eating.Product caused bloating and bad gas and pain. Incorrect which I have not had for a long time. I ended up having to take charcoal pills to eliminate issues. Tried again and the same things happened.

I just finished a 30 day supply of these once a day capsules. They were easy to swallow with no stomach issues. However, this is one of those supplements you can't really tell if they are working and changes may be so small that you don't notice them. The jury is still out on the research and if this type of supplement actually helps with anti-aging. I don't think you can take a pill and turn back the clock of time. It was my hope to see increase energy but I didn't notice any. The price is way over my budget for a monthly supply. Strange how supplements (and medications) for seniors are so expensive and most are on limited incomes.Anyways I gave it 4 stars just because I can't say it doesn't work. I just didn't see enough benefit to pay the price for more.

Something that you need to continue to take for long term health goals. I have noticed a slight increase in my energy level, and haven’t had any bad side effects from taking this. It has a good combination of ingredients that work well together.

I don’t know how long I should have to take this to see if it is working. Don’t notice any difference after 2 weeks. I guess I’ll give it a few more and see.
