Makes excellent pizza GF crust!
I made pizza with this flour for the crust, homemade pizza sauce and homemade vegan mozzarella cheese. The delicious crust & cheese recipes came from one website. It did take the second try to get crust just right as I'm not acustomed to using chickpea flour.
