So much better than Apple headphones!!!!!! Purchased to use when my Bluetooth headset would die or when on vacation.Nice sound quality. Comfortable in my ears even I lay on my side.Convenient controls on the chord as well.Recommend!

Trilink Earbuds
First of all it was 2 weeks late from delivery date! Secondly these are made from cheaply material. The sound is horrible. I can hear a crackling sound if I dare move. Overall very disappointed. Don’t buy these earbuds. Look for something else.

I like the ear plugs just couldn’t keep in my ear they kept falling out.

Bad USB C plug
Audio quality good, but it took a 20 pound force to insert fully and two hands to pull it out. Not ruining my new MacBook port.Will use for something else.UPDATE: Good communication with vendor.Issue is resolved.

Not good with an iPad Pro 11
I thought I broke my new iPad Pro 11 getting it in. Needed a pair of pliers to remove it. Not going to risk using it again. I should have gotten a dongle. Lost my money on this one.
