If you used comand strips. The product it comes with is foamy double sided tape and will leave a residue after removing.

These are obviously not 'high security'. Rather, they just make a noise that is loud enough to be a good deterrent to a would-be thief. So I think these would be very suitable to help secure camper van windows and doors IF you are parking your vehicle where there are people nearby who will respond to the alarm noise. They aren't extremely loud, but they are loud enough for people within maybe 150 feet or so to hear the alarm.
