The quality of the blowing pipe is bad
I bought this product only 2 month back the blowing pipe got broken. The Customer service team immediately sent me a replacement for this. Very timely and helpful response . Excellent customer service. Thanks

Great lung exerciser and progress indicator. Highly recommend
This is a great lung muscles exerciser. You can see as well as feel your progress which I find encouraging. Definitely read the directions on use because simply getting as many of the balls to rise as possible is not correct. I founding that out by accident. Love/hate this thing. Lol.

DO NOT BUY! CAN NOT RETURN
I purchased this item thinking that it would be like the ones provided by the hospitals. THIS IS NOT the same nor is it made the same. And the worst part is that if you receive one that is damaged as I did you will not be able to return nor exchange it. I am so disappointed that I did not read the reviews. I figured if it doesn't work the same as the ones I have used in the. past. Then I will just simply return it. NOT THE CASE HERE. I tried to use it and the connecting part falls out as soon as you inhale, leaving the balls just sitting in there. Now, this is going to have to go to the trash because it clearly does not work. And it seems as no one will be able to assist in replacing it either. Such a waste of money! DO NOT BUY!!!

AMAZON Label covers instrctions
There are instructions on how to use the exercizer on a sheet inside the box. There are also instructions on the outside of the box. Pictorial instructions on the box that I received were mostly visible. Written instructions above the pictures, on the box that I received, are covered by a large sheet of white paper with a small area on it used for Amazon coding. Huge failure by Amazon.
