Surprisingly Handy for Home Workouts

For the money it’s fine
Fairly simple design. Die the money, it’s ok, but my foot slips off if it from time to time. I use a rubber mat though, so that’s part of the issue. I just wish it had a better lip for your feet.

Just OK - You get what you pay for
Ok for the price. My dry feet slide off both sides. They are functional on carpet with shoes on. I use them for knee strengthening exercises and core strengthening exercises. They are adequate but nothing I would purchase again.
