All Souls Series 4-Book Set

Haven't had a chance to read it yet, but I hear great things.

I like the idea that all 4 booms came in a set. There is I e more book however to the series that should have been included in the book set. Now that one will have to be purchased separately and an added shipping cost will be applied.

Started watching the "Discovery of Witches" series on AMC a couple of years ago. Decided as my early Christmas present to me to order the books....can't put the first book down!!!! I am totally delighted with the book series and the TV version so far....can't get enough of both!!??

I loved these books. they are well written, great characters and an intriguing story. I liked them so much I gave them as gifts to five different people

So whoever printed these books did an awful job. Book 3 of the set has a section of pages that are noticeably shorter than the other pages. And why is one books pages a different color? I know this is probably small thing but when I pay for a new set of books, I expect it them to look brand new and all the same.I loved the audiobooks so much I wanted a physical copy to read and re-read. Just so disappointed by the print job

I was hooked by the title for book 1: A Discovery of Witches, and thankfully, the writing and imaginative narrative lived up to my expectations. The rest of the series is equally strong and creative, including the second book's playful personification of Queen Elizabeth I.Ms Harkness created a great series with strong writing, characters, locations and depth. You may start with A Discovery of Witches thinking one book would suffice....save time, and just get all four!Not a Buffy the Vampire rendering.I have had to reorder the series due to my somewhat cavelier attitude to reading it... underlining, notating, dog-earred pages and so on.
