They are tested to the highest US and European toy standards and certified bpa free, lead free, phthalate free. Thank you for your concerns regarding the material of our products. All of the Skoolzy products are made of non-toxic plastic that is free of phthalates. ABS is an extremely common form of plastic which is used in many household items including legos. This information will soon be on all of our packaging.

Q: Would a 4 year old like these, she has a 10 month old who could choke on the smaller pieces?

I wonder there's only one person that says that the smaller ones can't connect with the bigger ones.. can these jumbo brain flakes also connect with the smaller one such as the viahart brain flakes?. Just needing to know because I have smaller ones too and I don't want to buy the jumbo ones if they don't hook with the smaller ones. Thank you.
