Great shampoo

This shampoo leaves your hair feeling great and clean. It makes your scalp really clean and healthy and not itchy at all. Does not dry out your hair. Gives your hair more body and shine. I like that it has biotin in it too.

Great Shampoo & Conditioner - Poor Packaging & Shipping

This shampoo (and the conditioner I bought last time) is amazing. I don't have enough nice things to say about the product. But, let's agree that it's not cheap. That said, they throw the bottle in a bubble envelope, and call it a day. When I ordered the combo it was in a box that was much too large with no padding. In both cases the bottles leaked substantially. As in, I'm trying to scoop it back into the bottles. Frankly, I love it, but I find it discouraging that I pay so much for the product, and the company couldn't be bothered to ship it in a box that fits, and include a bit of padding/bubble wrap.The company hit a home run with the product, but they definitely need to do better as regards shipping. Five stars for the product. I deducted a point for shipping. It should've been 2-3, but I really like the product.
