FekkaiBrilliant Gloss Multi-Tasker Creme (120ml)

I have thick, wavy hair that's prone to frizz and I just loved the original formula. Sleek and soft, it was the only thing that controlled my hair and smoothed it beautifully. A single tube also lasted a long time. So I was disappointed to learn it had been discontinued. I found this "updated" product and thought I'd give it a go, but it's very different. Like many say, it makes my hair feel coarse, hard to style, and is basically nothing like the old formula. It's a white cream, whereas the older one was yellow, and you could sometimes see and feel the great oil in it that helped create gloss.Very disappointed Fekkai.

The new formula is awful. My hair is frizzy, looks dry and coarse, and gets really tangled. I used the old formula for the last 13 years and it was amazing. There was no need to “fix” what wasn’t broken.

This is not anything like the original formula. It made my hair dull, tacky, flat and difficult to comb through. This went back. Nothing would be better than using this. But I bought the Kerastase thermique blow dry product from Amazon that is superb! It’s everything I used to love about Fekkai’s original glossing cream and way more.

Nothing like original Fekkai Gloss. No shine, heavy, weighs hair down. Very disappointing. Buy the original in small tubes til it’s gone.

For anyone who has used the forerunner of this product, you will be disappointed. The original Brilliant glosser was in a yellow tube and absolutely fabulous. I am not returning this item -- I had already seen reviews who were not thrilled with the product -- but will not be buying it again.
