They do an excellent job
Their size is correctly advertised, so should not be a surprise for anyone really. I use them to keep my cats’ food cool, so that when they wake up at sunrise they find a bowl of fresh food waiting for them. The ice packs are small sized, but they do an excellent job so in that sense, they pack a punch (within reason of course). And their price point is unbeatable.
