I have tried many supplements over the years. Most, I try and stop. This one, I continue to take. Why? Because it makes a noticeable difference. I am actually able to think more clearly making me much more productive at work. Two capsules in the morning and I am ready to go.

As a 71 year old woman, I have tried everything out there for uhm, memory problems. This stuff is the BEST and I noticed the effects immediately (believe no one was more surprised than I was)!!

I am only 37, but have started having short term memory issues. I got this to help. I have mostly noticed how much it helps with my ADD and sleep. I have always struggled with waking up in the middle of the night and not being able to get back to sleep. I noticed I was sleeping soooo good after taking this. I ran out and the insomnia came back. I started taking it again and am getting GREAT sleep. I can't tell if it is helping with memory yet, but I read a study saying good sleep helps with short term memory.

This actually works! I definitely notice an improvement in focus and mental clarity.I have taken other ginkgo supplements in the past, and none have been as effective as this one. Highly recommended!

I had high hopes with this one. I take 240 mg Ginkgo Biloba daily with great results for concentration and memory recall. Tried this one since it had the added bonus (phosphatidylserine) - unfortunately it did not work for me at all. I also lost my build-up of Ginkgo (which takes about 2 weeks to give noticeable results). So I actually went backward while trying this. I thought if the phosphatidylserine didn't do much at least I was still getting my daily Ginkgo. I just finished the 60 count bottle today and may as well have saved my money. Unfortunately I also recommended my father try this as well... so we are both out. He is also reporting no noticeable results after 3 weeks on. He is also a great believer in Ginkgo. Bad batch? Sawdust? Not sure... but there definately was not a reliable source of Ginkgo in this product. As for the benefits of phosphatidylserine - saw none of that either.
