This is a personal fun topic for me. These are my FAVORITE items from ThinSlimFoods! Here's what I do, and ovens may vary. My goal is to get a cooked, semi-crispy crust, similar to pizza, without burning. Someone on a review on their site stated how to cook them by brushing olive oil. Here: - flip to the back side - whichever side you want to make the back side..I use the one with the tiny dots/impressions - and brush lightly all over with olive oil - bake at 425 for 10 minutes or until just lightly browned - do NOT overbake 'cause you will flip and bake again - take out, flip... brush olive oil around about 1-2" of the sides, depending on how much crust you want - apply sauce to the edge of where you brushed the olive oil, but do NOT make it thick on the edge - add cheese around, bacon bits, sausage, or whatever toppings - I add grated parmesan then drizzle with olive oil - this is a DiFara's secret and it works very well with ThinSlimFoods crusts - bake at 425 for 12 minutes, shut off oven and let sit for a few more minutes... again, do NOT overcook, but make sure the cheese - I use sliced and diced fresh mozzarella - is slightly browned in spots, and it's not 'soupy' - take out, let sit for 1-2 minutes...then cut I've had to tweak this a bunch of times, but it works...and SO worth it! Sometimes with just a few minutes left, I'll cut up bits of basil and sprinkle it on top - again, DiFara's thing. Have made variations with sliced mozzarella for that "Neapolitan" style, with basil leaves on top, Canadian bacon diced, sausage, and plain. Hope this helps!
