Good stuff

This combination of all listed ingredients are what my nutritional supplement "guru' recommends for women over the age of 55, aka menopausal. Too much calcium is bad for menopausal women. This combo is the best group for getting calcium into the bone and for efficiently and in the best manner for "laying bone down."
