Q: What do you do with the empty CO2? How do you refill?

I looked at Walmart (out of stock), Bed Bath & beyond and Target I read can get refills for less but both Target and BBB charging $30. Only Walmart had $15 but none available. Want to get this but seems that CO2 over priced. Ridiculous that they charge that much. Not sure of a solution

Q: I'm concerned about the unit fitting on my counter top under the top cabinets. How tall is the unit when the setup is open?

The unit is very tall at 17.25 inches and does not fit under my cabinet at 17 inches
