They are very comfy, I am 5"1' 104 Lbs. Xs fits perfect.I didn't realize they did not have pockets. I prefer to have them but I will keep them anyway.Color is like a lighter charcoal.

Works to stop itching. Does not help bruises as much as name brand though

the roller ball would NOT budge. it's obviously been exposed to either extreme heat or extreme cold. it's completely worthless & i cannot use it. nothing would come out of it. of course, amazon would not allow me to return it, even tho the return was purely not my fault. amazon is the most inflexible company that i buy from. the problem with this product, is exactly why i don't buy that much from amazon.

I like the roll on applicator. I’ve used a squeeze tube and a sponge applicator type before. I like this one best because it is a firm surface to apply and work into my skin.I estimate it reduces the resolution time to about half.

the gel works wonders for pain relief but thats only when the ball decides to roll. somedays it works, others it doesnt. very much a drawback for an otherwise great product.

This roll on Arnica is great to have on hand. Arnica is always my first choice to alleviate muscle pain and reduce bruising. The roll-on version is mess free, and I keep one in my "go bag" for after workouts.

It helps with pain temporarily.
