I doubt if it is genuine Magnesium Bisglycinate because I had all the opposite reactions as compared to the benefits that are advertised of it.I've used alot of Magnesium supplements but this was the worst of all, it'd be better if you buy from some other brand.

Most Indians do not know that we need magnesium to transport calcium via vitamin D to the cells.Eating only Vitamin D or only Calcium will not help. Eating all three together is must.

The only brand in Amazon that says 14% of elemental magnesium in Magnesium glycinate where every other brand claim 22% of elemental magnesium which is chemically impossible without adulterating with magnesium oxide and other non bio available magnesium compounds
