Consequently, I can’t provide any feedback on whether these gummies actually provided any calming benefits.Wasted Product:With my kids refusing to eat these gummies, I now have an entire bottle sitting unused on my shelf. It’s disheartening to see a product go to waste, especially when it was purchased with the best intentions to support my children’s well-being.In conclusion, I cannot recommend these magnesium calming gummies for kids based on my experience. The overwhelmingly negative reaction from my children due to their unappealing taste overshadows any potential benefits they may offer. My son is picky about his gummies. These he will gladly take at night. They have a decent amount of Magnesium and nice amounts of herbs that help my son chill out at night. They don't make him sleep but they chill his nervous system enough to relax.

We come from a family of night owls and have been giving my kiddo melatonin to help retrain her brain for six years. She recently decided the melatonin was too powerful and unnecessary so we switched to this and she loves it. It helps to calm her wiggling and bouncing and creative curious mind but it doesn’t knock her out.We still do guided meditation to get the rest of the way to sleep but this gummy helps her to be able to meditate.

It was getting to the point where I was starting to think I had "bad" children, but then I noticed that the bad behavior also included fidgeting, overly talkativeness, tears and sleeplessness at bedtime--almost like they were stressed or nervous. I realized that something more needed to be done than the changes I had made to their routine. That's when I remembered that I used to get them a similar calming gummy blend over a year ago and how they were more self-controlled and calm. So, I scoured Amazon, found this, bought it, and we've been using it for 2 days. I thought I was imagining the change in them the first day, but after the second day's use and seeing them be quiet, self-controlled, focused on play instead of trying to pester me or fight with each other, and how they have gone to bed 2 nights in a row with no issues (and slept all night!), and awoken refreshed (not cranky!), I realized I wasn't imagining things. The ingredients work! Plus, the taste is more than tolerable. I can't wait to see how much improvement there will be after a week, 2 weeks, or even a month of use. If it was a fluke, I will be back here to share that experience, but after months of seeing their consistently "bad" behavior, I can tell you that I really, truly don't think this corresponding change is a fluke. My 5 year old would wake up 1-3 times every night from night terrors. It would last only 10-30 seconds or so but we need to be there to reassure them. We started giving him this and he doesn’t wake up anymore. It took 2-3 weeks to kick in so give it time!He loves taking them and asks for them when he is feeling tired. For him it doesn’t make him tired or calm just makes him stay asleep which is what our main concern was. He is pretty good at putting himself to sleep but staying asleep was the issue.

It seems to be a great ‘meditation’, but I don’t think this works to calm kids down as I needed it to. At least my child doesn’t quiet down.
