Tips and tricks to make your protein intake experience easy peezy lemon squeeze!
By far the best protein I've ever had. Very little taste, and when prepared using my recommendations below you'll end up with something that's easy to just down in a few seconds because it's not a shake consistency but slightly thicker than water (and that's with qty 2 33 gram scoops)1st- it doesn't come with a scoop, so keep the scoop from the last major protein purchase of another type/brand and just make sure the quantities for servings match2nd- I've only ever mixed it with room temp water. I bought a gallon of purified water from Wally world and keep it on the counter so I always have water at the perfect temp for best blending.3rd- I bought a magic bullet blender from Wally world for 20 bucks, and bought the extendo warranty because I know I'll be burning it up since I'm using it 2-3 times a day, and things don't last like they used to.4th- the magic bullet blender only comes with 12 oz cups, so since I'm doing 2 scoops per blend I went on Amazon I bought 2 16 oz cups with another blade attachment for somewhere around 17 bucks. If you're only going to use 1 scoop per blend maybe you can get away with the ones that come with the blender, but I'm not blending twice, so I got the bigger cups5th- I put water in the cup first up to about 1/2 to 3/4 inch below the max fill line. I then put in my 2 scoops.6th- I pulse blend 3 time for half a second, this seems to do well at getting the powder mixed in the water better and not sticking around where the blades are. I then blend for 15-20 seconds, then let it on the table for 1-2 minutes.By doing this I've never had any clumps whatsoever and am able to drink the whole thing within seconds. Meaning that I'm able to pile in another 100-150 grams of protein in less than 5 minutes a day.7th- From what I've researched Casein protein is a slow digesting protein source, which is good since the body can only use so much whey protein before the rest is burned off as energy but not going to the muscles. Whereas Casein if taken when first getting up in the morning right before bed sets my body up for best gains since I'm giving it some sustained protein throughout the day and also at night. Sometimes I'll throw in another one around 2-3pm if I know I'm not going to be getting enough protein through what I'll be eating during the day. So all in all I'm doing about 1 gram of protein per lb of lean body weight, and it's been incredibly easier to do it with this than any protein I've ever used before. Major reason being it's super quick to blend and also it's fast fast fast to drink because it's not a shake, and is nice and thin so it's as easy to down as something like a Gatorade.8th- the only ingredient is Casein, so no artificial anything, so preservatives, no junk, just what the body needs to build9th- I've had absolutely 0 stomach issues or gas when taking this. It's funny because most of the guys I work out with blame their protein for their constant and never ending gas, but in reality I'm betting money it's because they're eating a forest of broccoli or cabbage every day.10th- As a time saver I take the blender cup after I drink it and throw it along with the blender blade attached in the fridge after every use without cleaning it out until maybe 3-4 days has passed. Because it's not a thick protein it doesn't get nasty so quickly and I've never had any kind of off smell or taste pop up when I've done this (and I'm sensitive to taste and smell).11th- The bags the protein come in will absolutely drive ya nuts because they don't reseal well due to the protein getting in there. I highly recommend buying a different large opening plastic container to transfer the protein to or if your frugal just use an old optimum nutrition 5 lb container. This stuff will stick to ya like chalk, so having something with a wide opening and easy access to the scooper is highly recommended. This will keep your hands cleaner and your frustration won't be popping up every time you reach your hand in the bag lol.12th- Price is pretty decent for this protein per serving, but look for events like Amazon day, or spring amazon event kind of things to save yourself some money to buy in bulk. This is usually on Amazon for around 33-36 bucks a bag, but if you time it right you can really save yourself some cash, especially if you use as much of this as I do. The spring deal i just took advantage of had it on sale, then if ya bought 2-3 of them you could use a coupon that gave 10%off. All in all I ended up paying around 25 bucks a bag or about .75 cents a serving. Which means I'm able to intake 150grams of pure protein for 4.50 a day. Considering many of the protein bars with 40 grams of protein are 3-5 bucks each, that's what I call a sore 🐓(male chicken) deal, ya just can't beat it!.Conclusion - Would I recommend this stuff, ohh yeah for sure. I'm focused on making some great gains in the next 6 months and this stuff is the prized arrow in my quiver. Hopefully my overview and suggestions with make your ability to intake more protein to get the gains you deserve a little easier and at a much more economic price. I'm not one who usually take the time to do reviews, but this is a product that's already been a game changer for me in the last few months, so I decided to share my best practices with y'all.Well, I hope this helped, and wish you many gains to come in the near future gents. Yeehaw 👍👍🤠

Minimalist protein works perfectly in a fruit smoothie and holds my appetite for hours
So far I've tried Bulk Supplements unflavored, unsweetened Casein, Whey Isolate and Egg White. I always use unflavored/unsweetened protein powders in my fruit smoothie recipes because I get plenty of flavor and sweetness from ingredients other than the protein powders, and the minimalist protein powder ingredients allow me to avoid excess sugar. In addition, I love that the Bulk Supplements Casein powder does not add any off flavors. Its milk-like scent is not apparent once blended into a smoothie, and it enhances the richness of the dairy I use (usually plain yogurt or kefir) which makes for a very satisfying smoothie. I use a Vitamix to blend the smoothie, so I have not noticed any chalk or grit mentioned in other reviews. In fact, I can definitely say that I get gritty texture from OTHER proteins I've tried (rice or pea protein from a different brand), even when those vegan proteins are blended in the Vitamix. Casein in my smoothie holds my appetite much longer than whey concentrate / isolate or rice protein. It holds me a little bit better than pea protein without the weird taste of pea. I don't have anything too critical to say since the product is effective, the price is great and the packaging is not fussy. My only hesitation in repurchasing is that I am trying to avoid soy, and many of the Bulk Supplements products include soy lecithin. I would prefer either sunflower lecithin or none. Regardless, this is a super product for those who want control over what goes into a smoothie or other high protein snacks. My ranking of Bulk Supplements protein powders I've tried: 1-Casein, 2-Whey Isolate, 3-Egg White.

Excellent Protein and Amazing Results!
Anyone considering casein should buy from Bulk Supplements. Hands down. I am a huge fan of this company no matter what product it is. You can't beat pure supplements without artificial flavoring and fillers, especially at this price. Everything I use, I get from Bulk Supplements now. I already use their Whey Protein Isolate as well as some other supplements that are components of my pre-workout mix. So, when I finally decided to try casein protein, it was a no brainer for me to use the same brand. I use whey post-workout and have now added in casein before bed after hard resistance days.It has been two months since starting this and I have seen a huge difference! My gains have increased and my recovery period is shorter. I would not substitute this for whey as a pre and post-workout protein though. Because casein is a slow-release protein, it is best added as an addition, and should preferably taken at night for the best benefits and results. The only downside to casein, not Bulk Supplements, just casein in general, is that I find it difficult to mix with water or milk. It helps to put the liquid in your bottle first, and then the protein so that it doesn't all get stuck to the bottom. I also use a Blender Bottle, and a huge chunk of my casein always gets stuck in the little blender whisk ball, clumps up, and gets kind of rubbery if it doesn't mix fast enough with the liquid....so I recommend removing your whisk ball and shaking without it so you don't have to waste good protein that you paid for. Every bit counts.

Satiate your hunger for longer with Casein.
For that sustained release protein throughout the morning, this is the casein I like to have in my shake in the mornings. It keeps me feeling full and there is no upset stomach or any nausea associated with it. The protein is light and fluffy and there are no particles when I mix them in the blender or using a hand mixer. It dissolves quicker in warm water than in cold or room temperature water. The is delicious tasting but I do mix it with chocolate collagen mixes. The bag that it comes in is hit or miss with the zip lock often times failing. So I put it in a separate container with a good tight lid and keep it in the cabinet away from light.
