This is ideal for angle step as it is. If you want multiple angles to incline on this would be a great product.

I worried that I would not benefit from this device but it’s allowed me to mimic the actions I’ll do when skiing for the first time in over 20 yrs. Effective hamstring and calve stretches are great on this but, more importantly: squats at an angle to prepare for the slopes and avoid embarrassing myself! Dare you to do more than 13 deep squats at the highest setting! 😄 It’s a super way to work the core and build knee strength. Great for conditioning for any sport using legs and core—- what doesn’t? Simple, awesome, simply awesome.

I had my boyfriend hop on to try it out as soon as it arrived. The wood snapped and he about went flying forward. SO DANGEROUS!!!! Very poor quality wood for a product that is supposed to endure all of your body weight.
