Great Product
I’m gluten free and use these lentils to make “bread” from a recipe I found on line. The recipe calls for brown or green lentils but these are better.

One down side to this product
This is a wonderful product, except for the fact that half the time they send me urad gota, instead of urad dal. And it's not a returnable product.

Received this and the package had been damaged and spilled everywhere. Do not feel confident consuming this and not eligible for return or refund. DO NOT BUY
