The media could not be loaded.  Got a Medium. Perfect fit. Basically bixerbriefs underneath the shorts. Slightly longer than the actual shorts, but right above the knee. Not too tight, but just right.

My search for the best workout shorts ended here. I bought one pair to try them out and immediately ordered a handful more. I'm impressed by the quality of these shorts. The materials and quality is excellent. These shorts are great for gym workouts. The material is substantial and with the built-in compression short, may not be as good of a choice as a running short. I have an athletic build and the fit is very good.A few of these shorts were sent directly from the manufacturer (not fulfilled by Amazon) and the projected delivery was about 6 weeks. I was pleasantly surprised that they arrived less than 2 weeks after I placed the order. I suspect the long delivery projection was due to the uncertainty with COVID-19.The only comments that are not positive are the drawstrings on these are too long. High quality, but too long. I'd also like to see the drawstring backpack with each pair eliminated to reduce the cost.

I needed more gym shorts and despite not being one to normally buy clothes without trying them on, I trusted the positive reviews and gave these a shot. First thing is they fit too large; I always wear a medium but the liner in these is baggy instead of giving a more compression fit. The other bigger issue regarding comfort is the vertical seam that goes from the middle of the front to the middle of the back. I may just be picky but for a man this is not the ideal place for a seam. I had already taken the tags off and decided to wash them to see if it helped so I can't return them but I also can't wear them, just not comfortable to me at all.

So I’ve very particular about material. I thought it’d feel like silky and slidey like under armor compression shirts kinda feel but no, the inner lining feels so much better. Theres a good amount of stretch and it always snaps right back. I will say over covid I put on some weight and I knew an xl might be too small (I’m 6’2 and about 250) but they fit alright. I did however also just order 2 xxls so I’ll let y’all know how that works. I don’t wear underwear with these and it feels great but I would imagine if you did it would get hot in the summer. No need for underwear though as the inner lining isn’t a thin cheap thing. Guys do yourselves a favor and just try one out. I ordered this and a few other brands on here and these are by far the best feeling pair I’ve gotten and for $25 at the time of my purchase you can’t beat that.The side and inside liner pocket all fit my iPhone 11 but the back one cannot. Might be a tough fit if you have a pro max or a larger phone to use the outer pockets but that inner one will stretch to fit even with a big case like an otter box.

The quality of these shorts was very good and seems to be made very well. When I received these Yoga Training shorts in the mail, I was very excited to try them out. Unfortunately for me, they were a bit smaller than I had hoped and wouldn’t fit me. I would suggest buying a larger size than you normally use. I must say that I received a speedy and full refund with no problem and the seller was very understanding and easy to deal with. I wish they had my size, because these shorts are exactly what I was looking for. With that, I give them a full 5 stars and highly recommend them.

These are great quality, my husband loves the zip pockets !! But alot of reviews said to order up a size which we did so they are too big for him...but I am immediately ordering another pair in a size large 6'2"...220lbs.

My husband started physical therapy and was conscious of not showing his underwear, so he was wearing joggers, but it was really hot and inconvenient. These shorts are AMAZING! Of course, mainly because of the 2 in 1 concept, but also it has 3 amazing zipper pockets and one inside pocket. He is very happy!

200lbs 5'8" young guy , loves the constricting feel . Looks forward to wearing them . They have been washed maybe a dozen times and still stay snug , no loose stitching or discoloring . The string did come out of the waist but im a pro at fixing that , then making a knot to keep the string stable . Really happy with these .

It only has one zip pocket. It's not the product mentioned on the description. It's Nike shorts and I'm not sure if it's original. Website mentions we get a bag + a shorts. But you only get some random shorts. The reviews of this product aren't for this product. Don't get this product. Totally disappointed.
