Dechra Redonyl Ultra Soft Chews for Dogs (200mg), 120 Soft Chews

We have a 5 yr old King Charles Cavalier who suffers from Syringomyelia, a condition where the spinal cord is too large for the opening at the base of the skull. It causes lesions to form on the spinal cord from the pinched off flow of spinal fluid and causes extreme pain in the limbs and body. This anti-inflammatory product has been a miracle to our dog for the last 16 months and basically eliminated the symptoms she had been experiencing. She can jump onto the couch, walk without verbally crying with pain, enjoys being petted/touched and runs up the porch steps. Incredible stuff that is used in the Netherlands for Back pain in humans and is referenced on the Cavalier King Charles health website.

This seems to work, when I stop giving these to my dog he seems to start to itch. I doesn’t completely stop the itching but it does seem to help some.

Our vet suggested Redonyl Ultra Soft Chews for our dogs' skin. They had been scratching and their skin was scaly in appearance. She suggested getting it on Amazon as she did not carry it in her store. What an amazing product. After only a few days of taking the chews, both dogs' skin cleared up and there is no scale - no itching. We have suggested it to others who have the same problem. This is our second order and our dogs look forward to it with their morning feeding.

My 13 year old pit can be picky about taking chew supplements. She either doesn’t like the smell and won’t even take them or she’ll take them but they’re too hard for her to chew so she spits them out. She takes these with no fuss. They’re soft and small and she seems to like the taste. Our vet recommended this product so we’re trying it out to see if it helps with her skin allergies. 3 stars only so far as we haven’t been taking it long enough to see results.

My vet recommended this product and after 30 days, it has changed my dog’s life! It has cleared up ALL his skin allergies. Even his little wrinkly folded ears are healthy now.I haven’t experienced receiving discolored or dry supplements OR any adverse reactions. I included a pic of what my Redonyl looks like. If I receive something that looks different, I won’t give it to my dog! Duh...

Bought this for my cat who is difficult to medicate.She is an over groomer and excessive scratcher. These two things seem to be related to a mild hyperasthesia as well as anxiety and possibly a bit of arthritis.She of course would not eat them as a treat but will eat them crumbled into her can food. After only 3 days of giving one chew daily her scratching is minimal and she is grooming normally. She also seems more spunky.
