We have four large dogs. The house smells great, even when it rains and dogs get that wet dog odor.This doesn't need to be a complicated review because this does exactly what it's supposed to do - clear odors.It lasts at least a few weeks if not more, and works well in very large rooms with very high ceilings (two to three stories).

Citrus Magic Odor Eliminators are the finest solid air freshener around.I have used them for years and they get rid, not COVER UP all odors, including pet.I ordered 6 this time around.I like the large size and they last for months.

The bottom line is that this eliminates about 70% of odors in about a 5 ft. radius for approx 6 weeks wherever I place it.To get into more details- I have used it next to a cat litter box- 1 cat, small apartment, changing litter daily. as well as a diaper pail, in a small enclosed linen closet.The odor eliminator (purchased 2) worked very well in both locations. Isolating the odor to the pail itself, and to the litter box.I knocked off one star- for as the weeks passed, the odor started to linger around the box and pail, creating somewhat of an aura.This Product also seems to have a very strong smell- for the first 36-48 hours- which dies off quickly. This can be good or bad- depending on your needs.If your the type of person who is hypersensitive to artificial smells, and prefers to smell "nothing" not good, not bad- just nothing- this may not be the product for you- at least not in the first 48 hours.After that point, the smell greatly decreased, and it was much easier to just forget about the areas in question...While this is definitely not a fix all solution.- It does not take care of the underlying cause- you'll still have to maintain things. or take care of the odor that your trying to cover (or rather eliminate.. as this actually neutralizes more than anything) This is a good tool in the arsenal.. especially in small spacer, or open spaces.

Three stars because it really does work well. However, it came damaged to the point we couldn't use it at all.

I like to keep these in closets. It keeps the closet fresh smelling.

I bought 2 of these and they are very weak and does not absorb smell at all...very disappointed

I waited 2 weeks to write this review after properly testing it out. I have to say it's definitely worth it. I keep it by 2 litter boxes and you can't even smell them. It had a strong scent to it after opening it for the first 2 days, but that dissipated and its had no scent since. It neutralizes odors very well. I'm going to be buying this every month, it's great. :)

I first encountered and purchased this at Marshall’s. It worked well for us so back I go to search for more; haven’t found it ever since, so I was thrilled to find it on Amazon- we put this outside each litter box, to ensure there are no unpleasant orders, but we scoop the regularly, especially after they poop. You can’t have enough odor absorbers when you have 3 indoor cats. The light citrus scent is pleasant but not overpowering and does not repel our cats from doing their business.
