At first I was skeptical because they weren't as pricy as the similar candle dyes I had been using. Tried these and I love the colors! They are easy to use and doesn't take much to reach desired color. I didn't have any issues with the color melting in the wax at all. Melted within seconds. I will continue using these from now on. I highly recommend.

Candles, so, make sure you heat the wax to 200 before adding dye.The black I can’t get it to melt no matter the temp and tried it in two other waxes. It’s a defective one. The others so far have melted awesome. Keep in mind if you want a richer more vibrant color. You have to keep adding more. But you may want to lower your fragrance load in that case. Test the color on parchment paper. Since it will always dry much lighter!

Beautiful vibrant colors. I will NOT be buying anywhere else. When you find a product that’s good, and looks exactly like the colors are supposed to look like.I mean sometimes you can get colors that aren’t even close…. LolAnyway, easy to use, only need a little, good price & again beautiful colors….

I have used almost all of the color in this package and I have to say I have not been disappointed!! I absolutely love the bright vibrant color that comes from these shavings! The only issue I had was not being able to blend these colors. You can not put two together and make a different color. Otherwise, absolutely perfect!

These colors are so vibrant and so beautiful! It really doesn't take much to get a deep, rich shade of color.I saw a lot of reviews about floaters and chips left at the bottom, but I promise you it's just a matter of the melting temperature. I bring my wax to 200 degrees and it melts the dye easily with no leftover floaties or sinkers, then if I'm adding scent I just wait for the wax to cool to about 175/180 degrees and it works out perfectly.Also, the chips may look a little off-color in their condensed state, but the colors are just as advertised!

I absolutely LOVE these chip dies. A tiny little piece can die a big batch of wax deeply. I love anything on the blue/cool spectrum (blue, green, gray, black). Anything that has a hint of red in it has issues. Orange, red, pink, light purple, and even yellow - ALL of them leave my wax spotted with red. I make wax melts and all of my red hued melts look like they have chicken pox. I've tried melting the chips with a small amount of wax on every temperature range from low to high on my stove top but nothing works at eliminating the issue.Half of my chips are beyond amazing while the other half ruins every batch. Such a shame. I do recommend this product but be warned that the red toned chips leave red dots behind. You still get your money's worth even using half of the chips.
