Best creatine i've bought. It is the closest to a powder so even though you still need to drink it fast it isn't like other brands that have the consistency of sand.

Honestly, this is THE best quality creatine I've ever had. Usually I get bodybuilding dot coms house brand or something on sale, which usually is very grainy and noticeable in drinks. This, insane labz stuff is a very fine powder and works great.

Opened product and realized the powder crystallized. Very old product I received. Disappointing and waste of money.

I don’t feel or notice anything significant from taking this or using it 20 mins before workout... I thought it would give me more energy or an extra pump. But I don’t notice anything so far. I’ve been taking it for a while. Not everyday because it says don’t take more than 1 dose in 24 hrs and it says don’t take 4 hours before bed. And it also says take 30 mins before activity. So not the easiest to take on a daily basis around the same time if you’re cautious about the warning. I try to use it before working out but sometimes I workout late. I’ll try to maybe take it daily more on a scheduled time to see if it assists me better with results. We’ll see...
