I’m not even gonna lie when I Ordered this I was really skeptical that this was going to be a good waist trainer that only cost $13.99. But after putting it on this is amazing. I really love it. I have been wanting to get a waist trainer for years because of course the Kardashians were doing it. But never got one because of The pricing but after searching Amazon and seeing this one and seeing all of the great reviews I figured why not it’s only $13 I can try it. So when I got it I was super excited that this was actually really good quality I would recommend this to anybody

This belt will definitely help you to reach your individual goal(s). With or without exercise I wear this belt at least 8 hour's a day and it seems to be working. However you must eat sensible and it doesn't hurt to increase your water intake.

The customer service is great I was able to get a properly exchange for the correct size and the item is awesome now that it fits properly Before it was to big I went by the chart I'm 5'3 and weigh 140 and it's good quality the ribs are great and the colors nice, little bulky go a size down :)

This waist trimmer is certainly bulky but I’m fine with it. I’m not trying to fool anyone, just trying help givr myself An extra push In the other direction. It definitely does it’s job at holding you in. It’s made of great quality as I’m sure it can withstand a lot of use. I have ordered at least 6-8 other trainers and have returned them all. This one is a keeper. I have a short torso so the ribbing is a bit awkward and I’m hoping it will feel better with more usage. I plan to wear it around town running errands and taking the little one to the park. I’m happy with my purchase.

This was delivered today 6/15/18 and since I was working out at the time I immediately unpacked it and put it on it fits amazingly well is very comfortable & me having a bad back gives me a lot of support and feels really great on my back 👍🏼 I would recommend this very highly!!!

Now this is a comfortable waist trainer. It's flexible enough to allow movement but has the cinch jus like a latex trainer for example. Helps with my posture. Jus got it so will see how it works for me in the gym but the comfort is lovely. This will help to discipline me more for when I alternate between this and my latex waist trainer vest . I'm 5'8" 170lbs..have a short torso.. and ordered the large. Gym ready.. Lovely fit.

it really holds you in, after putting it on you can see what you would look like with a smaller waste. if it wasn't so bulky you could wear under clothes
