These are almost the same as the shot just without the burn and sour feeling in your stomach. I am sure these are helpful for some people for that reason. But I will just do the shot from now on. You still get the smell and taste in your mouth with these and that is the part of the shot that I do not like. These are probably easier on your tooth enamel also

so I had a holy cr** moment the first time I took a pill, I have had a heart attack in the past and from my experience I had heart burn for 3 weeks before it hit and this pill made me feel like it was happing again so I skipped a day and did the next day and just worked my way into them, I most definitely can tell a difference in not wanting to snack.

Unfortunately, these gave all of us horrible heartburn no matter how we took them. They are a normal size capsule with no odor and are no difficult to swallow. If you have a strong stomach, I'm sure they are great, but we ended up not being able to use them.
