Excellent for running - definitely recommend for any performance sports
These are a bit of a lifesaver for me! i'd get stomach cramps and worse with gels, but these are great for long runs. Glad I found them!

Not my favourite flavour of these but it did stop my legs cramping up on long runs, so still good.
