Good stuff. I use it every day either in the liq form, capsule for, or raw turmeric powder It is a great anti-inflammatory.

I started using this after I realized the ibuprofen I was taking for my elbow tendinitis was only masking my pain. And when I stopped taking it the pain came back. After about a week of taking the turmeric my pain was gone. And when I ran out the pain didn’t come back. But what convinced me to start taking it daily. Is when my 80 y/o mom was given a prescription for 360 prednisone pills for inflammation in her body. I told her not to take the pills due to the adverse side effects and instead start taking the Turmeric. She went back for additional bloodwork to check her inflammation 2 weeks later and all her numbers were almost back to normal. And her joint pain was gone. This really works to control inflammation. Which is the beginning of every disease process. I highly recommend it.
