Since i bought this product for my crochet addict wife, she no longer has to ask me to either retieve a ball of wool that made a bid for freedom and attempted to escape under the recliner, or rescue it from being compressed by our senile dog, who has 0% spatial awareness.So glad i bought it.

Bought for friend who is an avid experienced knitter. She used it to knit a jumper which needed multiple colours . She said it “ had come into its own” just doing that project

This would have got top marks if it had not come in two parts clearly been pulled apart to fit the box but needs re gluing back in . That’s ok if you have a tube of glue liking around during lock down

Does what it’s meant to and keeps wool neat and tidy

Happy with this product. It spins smoothly on the ball bearing and the construction is such that yarn cannot get caught in the spinning mechanism which was a fault with other designs. The spindle is also longer than on some other designs and happily takes 100g balls. In my opinion worth the extra money.

It was for the missis who’s a knitter she loves it

I have purchased 2 of these and both have them have failed. There seems to be a problem with the mechanism that holds the yarn and spins. The first one I bought from here arrived in pieces. The second one I bought on Etsy arrived in good condition but after using it for only a short while the mechanism that causes the yarn holder to spin gradually began to fall apart.Also if you really want one don't buy it from amazon, sorry amazon. But it on Etsy as there is a lady on there that is selling them for £12 rather than the £18 as in here.
