Love smoked food and cooking for one I can control amounts..
Love the idea that it is dual purpose: smoker and vacuum sealer. Gun is made of quality material and included in package is all I require without lots of extras I would not want to store and most likely never use. Like more than one smoke level and convenient removable large heat chamber for cleaning.

It works great for my restaurant where we smoke our filets and waygu steaks on the plate before bringing them to the guest… only complaint I have is I wish the charging cable was longer

I'm working as bartender and Jo Chef Smoking Gun is so useful because of his 3 different blow levels and charge life is so good with one full charging it works for 2 weeks minimum.

Beyond Expectation!
The Smoking Gun was extremely easy to operate. The wood chips lit quickly and the smoke did an amazing job with both our drinks and Salmon Steaks. I did not expect the smoke to penetrate the drinks or Salmon as well as it did. The smoke flavor is authentic (no artificial liquid smoke taste). The Salmon tasted as if it was cooked on a Cedar Plank over an open fire (it was cooked in an oven). The smoke took a cheap bourbon and made it taste like a top of the line bourbon so smooth and with the perfect hint of smoke. Bottom line...The JoChef Smoke Gun performs above and beyond my expectations.

Great for when you want real smoke flavor that us not from a bottle
I finally got the chance to use the gun today. Made grilled weenies on an indoor grill. After grilling I put the cooked weenies under a smoke dome made for the gunTo try it out. It's nice to have real smoke flavor fo my steaks when ever I get a chance to.I live in apartment and can not have a grill or anything like that. Very satisfied.
