Bought this to repair a pergola damaged from the infamous land storm Derecho. The community space called Peace Corner had 6”x6” beams riding out of the ground with no wood above because trees crashed and trashed the pergola.The neighborhood found out the previous wasn’t built safely by well intentioned people. The storm turned into a blessing. But now what?This shade sail is out answer. Being the beautification committee chair asked for funds and now we have a renewed appearance and a shady area to sit on a sweltering day.The color is perfect. Matches the multicolored fence painted by local children.Very vibrant. Stands out in a way that doesn’t look tacky between you houses in the back corner of the green space park.Behind are six story tall trees. The color of the shade sail adds a playful vibe. Inviting people to come sit underneath.The new side in front will be the matching turquoise and with white lettering to add a bit of pop to the new update.When the new polinator gardens and custom seats made from refurbished materials are complete this community hang out will encourage peace, joy, and connections.Whether a book from the little library or watching bees and butterflies on flowers this shade sail adds to a community vibe inviting more peace and togetherness⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💯

Reordered last one last 5 years. durable with stands the test of time against extreme weather.

Cheap metal. I've only had the sunshade installed for 2 months, and it only rained twice, and I already see rust. No good. If the company offers a replacement, and with better metal loops, I'll rewrite my review.Edit: the seller sent me a new one. I haven't installed it yet, but raising the rating 4 for their good customer support.

Good quality and service

So happy to be able to get various shapes, sizes and colors. We were desperate to shade the intense afternoon sun from coming into our living room through our unique shaped patio roof. Found a perfect shape to fit and a color to match our existing roll up shades.

I put this above my Arizona patio and it offers nice shade while looking nice at the same time.Easy to install. The instructions suggest using turn buckles to keep the tension tight, but I just secured 2 ends with a screw hook into my patio roof overhand and then for the 3rd corner I used a tarp strap (a rubber strap with S hooks) that works great at keeping it under tension. Every so often when I want to clean off the canopy of leaves and debris I just unhook the tarp strap and drop down the shade sail and shake off any leaves.The canvas material is good quality and should last for years. The hooks and stitching are equally good quality.The only suggestion I would make if you are considering one of these is to realize the triangle shaped canopies have sides that are curved inward. This is pointed out in the description, and is a good idea because it helps keep the canopy taut and not sagging in the middle. Just be aware of how much it actually curves inward. I measured carefully before ordering but ended up having to return it for a larger size. I didn't account for the corners being so tapered that it offered very little shade.(think of a woman's bikini with little coverage at the hip)

I really wanted to love this shade. The color is great, but the sizing was awkward. I’m an “eyeball it” kind of person , so thank sweet baby Jesus my hubs is more mathematically astute. He measured the area I wanted covered, and compared with this shade. He was confident it would fit. I was confident it would transform my backyard oasis into the “it” spot for the summer (not for anyone else, just us because, people…). Neither confidence solidified. The shade was tarp material, odd angling, and did not, in fact, help the aesthetic of my overflow seating (again… for us, but with a different view than the preferred seating on the actual covered deck). Thankfully, we were able to return it, and find something more suitable to our vision. May work better in a smaller or bigger area, not too sure.

Love the sails but the d-rings at the points have all rusted. All 5 sails have the same issue. Will not buy this brand again.
