Great Product
My wife and I are on a Ketogenic diet and do regular Crossfit workouts. Without supplementing our Sodium and electrolytes, our workouts suffer. Saltsticks make it easy to ensure we get sufficient amount of each before and after working out. Can't find them locally so Amazon to the rescue.

Helped with nightly leg cramps
Numerous thigh and other leg cramps at night. Began taking one cap before bed and twice during the night when going to the bathroom (twice usually). Been taking for a month and had cramps only one for one night! I've tried all the usual remedies, OTC, mustard, potassium suppliments, B6, more water in day tinme, etc. Nothing touched them. Cramps in both legs at the same times numerous times at night. This has solved my problem, thanks to a vascualar surgeon I met when I transported a friend to him. Primary provider and specialty doctors couldn't figure it out after dozens of tests.

They work ok...not all the time. Sometimes they prevent cramps after a workout and sometimes they don't. Depends how vigorous the workout is I guess.
