Asec UPVC Door Handles 48 / 270mm White

One star is far too generous!!Bought this. Doesn’t fit the original screw and the keyhole is in the wrong position. I’m unable to return as the policy is to return in original unopened packaging. Obviously I needed to open it to know it was the wrong size!The costumer service is appalling. They are rude and unprofessional. I’m stuck with a set of useless door handles because I happened to open the purchase to see if it fits.
