Ketoberry 300mg Raspberry Ketones Extract with African Mango (Irvingia Gabonesis), Resveratrol, Acai Berry + Caffeine

i can only blame myself for not doing my homework first but for what i paid i guess you get what you pay for. trust me this product is not the real thing it is synthetic the label is honest.. i'm not upset with the company and i'm not out that much money but after reasearching it i now know the real dosage done in the trials is 1000 mg a day and is not synthetic.. dont be fooled. the real item should cost 10 x this cost.. so don't waste your money even a little bit of money.. Dr oz should have been more exact with what he recommended on his show.. he is in it for the money too to endorse products is how he makes his living.. don't believe what he or anyone else says.. do your homework before ordering this or any other product.. lesson learned for this consumer..

I wanted to try raspberry ketones (again because of the Dr.Oz show) however, there are so many choices and dosages it's confusing. I ordered two brands here from Amazon. I tried this one first approximately 3 weeks ago. With Ketoberry two capsules equals 300 mg. The suggested dosage was 1 or 2 twice a day. Thats what I took...usually 2 twice a day and I finished the bottle yesterday. As much as I wanted this to work, I felt no added energy and did not lose an ounce unfortunately. This must not be the brand for me. I also question why I paid $12 a few weeks ago and now it's $2. maybe it's not working for anyone else either. Not giving up though, I am going to start the second brand today. If I'm allowed to say the name it's Best Naturals...500 mg...I'll review that next.

MY HUSBAND AND i HAVE EACH LOST OVER 30 POUNDS BY USING THIS, GREENBEAN EXTRACT AND VITAMINS! Both have Caffine as well, so, I have cut out regular coffee. We both have modified our diets in other ways. My husband has cut down portion size and eats less junk food. He still eats almost everything else except fried food.I have had to do more ratical eating to keep up with him, such as:I don't eat beef or pig produsts due to the type of fat they have.I gave up milk (Still eat cheese products) and now drink Unsweetend Almond milk with Stevia as the sweetener. (Milk bloats and causes imflamation!)I gave up carbonated colas and occassionally have carbonated water with orange juice. (Any Colas are so bad for diets)I gave up most junk food, bread, sweets and fried anything.I do eat chicken, fish, yogurt, nuts, vegis and fruits.I can have a piece of dark chocolate and I do schedule treats like Chocolate Almond milk, Crackers, and other items just occassionally. I really don't miss the bad eating and feel energized and never hungry everyday!My husband has the last 10 pounds and I have 30 more to go, but, we are commited after getting such good results from our program. Be sure to consult your doctor before doing a diet and take vitamin suppliments. (Suggest Vitamins B Complex, C, D and a multi vitamin.) Excercise to keep the results.

I began this product after reading the contents of each dose. I've been dieting and exercising 4-5 times a wk. I added ketoberry and CLA to my diet about 5 months ago, see my other reviews. So far I have lost over 6" from my waist and nearly 35 lbs after taking both for the last few months. I started taking one Ketoberry with breakfast and one with lunch but have increased it this month to 2 for brkfst and 2 for lunch. Although it contains caffeine it is not a high amount and keeps me energized without the crash and burn of an energy drink or the shakes. If your sensitive to caffeine I would not reccomend or if you have a caffeine addiction, you may not notice any difference. Another change I've noticed almost right away was how over all relaxed I feel during the day and attibute that to the resveratrol in the blend. My appetite seems about the same but my cravings are geared toward healthier food. Although, I believe this is due to change in my diet not Ketoberry. This is not a mircle pill. You have to do your part by diet and exercise but I can say it does give me the boost I need to do it. I believe all the ingredients in the Ketoberry capsules have been featured on Dr. Oz at one time or another to help with weight loss. I also like it because they are all blended in one pill so I don't have to buy 6 different supplements, thus saving me time and lots of money. I have not had any negative side effects or stomach upset like I have from taking other diet pills. I'm sure this will be part of my diet and lifestyle for months to come, already ordered two more bottles.Side note: I did read 2 negative reviews on this product and would have to disagree completely with them. I also checked to see if these 2 ppl had other reviews on other products, of course when I checked they did not. I'm an avid Amazon customer and would only review something this good if I really believed in it. Feel free to check my other reviews. Thank you!6/25/12 I did update my progress above and have reordered. I have a supply until August and am 27 lbs from my goal weight. I might not be reordering again because I'm not sure how much it is helping anymore. I no longer notice any difference and my weight loss is slowing down. I don't have any cravings anymore for any junk food. I think it's done it's part when I needed it and after my supply is out. I'm not going to keep it in my routine. I did lower my rating from 5 stars to 4 stars because of this.7/26/12 I updated again, I have increased the dose this month to two pills for breakfast and lunch, I have changed from taking them with the meal to at least 30-60 minutes before the meal. Helping to curb the cravings again, no speed in weight loss and still losing slower then when I started but at a steady pace. Still not sure if I'm reordering yet or not. We'll see. Did put the rating back up to 5 stars since I can tell it's working again.9/27/12 Well nearly a month since stopping ketoberry and I've gained 10 lbs! My cravings are out of control, my energy is down and I've only been exercising 1-2 per week since stopping. I will be getting back on track again and most definately adding Ketoberry back into my diet. For those of you that need that crutch like me to lose weight and help curve cravings, please try this as I'm living proof it does help.

Great product

I suppose that it shouldn't surprise me that these pills did not do what they claim, i.e., curbing my appetite. I had high hopes for them, and they did nothing. I need to lose only about five pounds, and I thought that this would be an easy way to do it. So much for this idea. If I really want to lose the excess pounds, I guess that I must rely on my will power, naturally. Save your money.

I bought this a long time ago and in hindsight it was stupid. Herbal supplements like these don't even have to contain wgat they claim, nor ever been tested. It was a desperate attempt at those last five poinds. Just eat right and work it off legitamatly. I took about half the bottle and threw out the rest.

Well the 1st time i ordered this stuff it wasent from this company but it worked great.That company no longer sells it.So this time from this company it came alot faster(have ordered other stuff from this company and always loved it)but for some reason the product didnot work as well or not @ all really.Im not sure if i got a bad batch or what.But i wont be re-ordering again.
