I puke very bad and my stomach starts aching after taking these pills…. Didn’t suit me … take it cautiously and especially if are taking other medications .. I’ll recommend consulting ur doc before taking this supplement

This is a good supplement as it contains copper also which is also essential with zinc. As zinc supplements can deplete copper level in the body, it is generally needed. I experienced stomach ache after taking pills. I recommend everyone to only take pills immediately after meals.
