I recently took this tripod on a hiking trip to test it by take photos of the various overlooks, including the one I've posted here. This tripod worked very well under the conditions in the mountains. I never had a problem getting it to stay level on rocky surfaces (with some adjusting, that is), and its lightweight frame made it easy to carry around in my backpack.The only real drawbacks I noticed were its size, which was bigger than I expected, and the camera plate. It was too large to strap to the side of my bag, so I had to carry it in a large pocket (which wasn't a huge issue this time, but could be for those who are carrying a lot more camera gear than I was). The camera plate also felt a bit flimsy, and the mount I screwed on wasn't very sturdy. These are minor drawbacks overall, especially given that the price is great for what you do get.This is an excellent tripod for professional photographers and videographers who are on a small budget, as well as casual ones who just want something cheap and efficient.

I've purchased a few sub 50$ tripods and they've all been about the same, unstable when set the the max hight. This tripods a bit different, it's got wide circular rubber feet that can move based on the terrain. With that one addition it feels way more stable. It has a quick release mount for your device. It's built from some plastic and some metal parts but overall it feels really stable for the price. I'd say this is a perfect tripod for a beginner that's not looking to spend more than 50$. Also it comes with a small travel bag where everything fits into it. Definitely a recommended product for me.

I'm very pleased with my tripod. It's affordable, shipped faster than expected, and even the packaging it comes in is quite nice. I was surprised at how sturdy it feels and how stable it remains while in use. Extremely easy to use, everything works perfectly, no issues, very smooth. The case makes it very easy to carry. Overall, great, versatile product, definitely recommend!

Works as intended. Box was not damaged and in good condition. All parts were included.Once set up which was very quick it remained stable. The legs did not sink down. Used for my Alpha 6000. The only thing you need to adjust is the tightness of the screws to your desired level of movement and rigid ness.Overall no complaints and I would recommend to an amateur such as myself.

Needed one asap for a wedding after my old one failed. This one came with a bad a monopod and tripod all in one with a quick disconnect top. I don't think anyone could reach the quality of this at this price. Highly Recommend.

Love this tripod. The built-in monopod was a plus when i needed to do some handheld shots. lightweight but sturdy. Held a Canon 70d, mic, light and transmitter for a SlingStudio. Would be another to hold another DSLR in the future for dual camera setup. Don't be fooled by the look, it does the job and well.

I got this tripod because I am going to be traveling all summer and I wanted something small enough to fit into my backpack. This is such great value for money because not only does it fit into my bag, it's also super sturdy and relatively lightweight (it was a touch heavier than I thought, but still fine for my carry-on). I've tested it out a few times and my Nikon DSLR with heavy lens balances without a problem. I also love the monopod option. I would definitely recommend!
