Core Power Elite Strawberry Protein Shakes receive high praise from me for their taste and protein content. I find the strawberry flavor to be delicious, reminiscent of strawberry milk or a milkshake, and appreciate that it doesn't have a chalky or gritty texture. I also want to highlight the convenience and effectiveness of the shake for post-workout recovery and as a general protein boost.

I love these shakes! I order vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry banana. The taste is great, and so is the nutrition. I am lactose intolerant, and these do not bother me. They are lactose free, so I don't need to take a pill. I drink 1, sometimes 2 per day to boost my protein. I try to eat at least 150 grams of protein per day - more is better though. These shakes, along with some lifestyle changes helped me lose over 40 pounds.I am 44 year old female with 2 kids and a lot of old injuries that I have rehabbed. I am back to an active lifestyle with weightlifting, yoga, and cardio. Love these shakes as a post workout snack or in the morning when I am too busy to make eggs, chicken sausage, and fruit (my typical breakfast).These are balanced nutrition. Yes, there are carbs and natural sugars. These are actually good for you if you are an active individual for muscle recovery. I wouldn't recommend for someone who is doing keto or adkins, due to the carbs and sugars. For most people, these are solid and I recommend them.

I am hugely protein deficient. In today’s day and age meats aren’t a huge thing for me (carbs are) I don’t lookup alternatives and I don’t focus on my health. Well look who has been told I need to start taking care of myself. First step, intake more protein. Problem? I’m, again, not a big meat eater. I was looking for something, anything really, that would give me the protein I need and have it easy and something I wouldn’t mind choking down. Well surprise surprise! The strawberry banana and Chocolate have been a LIFE SAVER! It’s delicious, full of protein and fast! The chocolate tastes like chocolate milk and the strawberry banana tastes like a strawberry shake! So happy with my purchase!!! Feeling fuller longer and more energy are just a couple pros in the list! Everyone should try it!

Delicious and high quality protein. I taste the strawberry but not the banana which is okay with me. Tastes like the strawberry milk of my childhood.

The shakes were delivered on time, and were within their expiration date (noting only because some reviews indicated that expired products were received).The flavor is okay, I prefer the plain strawberry but they weren't available at the time of order. The strawberry banana flavor is fine, just not my preferred flavor.My one gripe is that the case of shakes were packaged in a box with other items (that's totally fine) but the case of shakes looked like they had been dropped and dragged across the warehouse floor before being packaged (there was NO way the packer didn't notice the condition of the case). I threw away three bottles of the shake as they were so badly mangled I didn't trust them, by some miracle these three bottles didn't leak during shipping. After taking the plastic off the case, and examining the bottles, the three leaked a bit in the spots where the plastic was worn thin from being dragged/scuffed.So in short, the shakes are fine but whoever was responsible for packing/shipping these really should have better controls in place.

Good source of protein and very tasty. My son drinks one a day before he goes to his football practice. I wish they were little cheaper.

These shakes are hard to find in stores. I hope they don’t discontinue them because they are the only shake I can drink. They are lactose free because they use ultra-filtered milk. They taste great and do not have an aftertaste like some do. I prefer the 26g protein over the 42g version which is too much protein supplement on an empty stomach.
