I've tried a couple of different creams from waxing salons and this is the BEST product by far. I received a small packet from my salon as a sample and have been hooked ever since. It makes such a difference when you're recovering after the first few days of getting a fresh wax. The individual packets are great because it ensures you don't go through it too quickly and use more than what's needed.

This product works great. Does exactly what it says. Only thing I would suggest is the tubes vs single use packets. Once received & compared, they both have same ingredients. Tubes much cheaper & more affordable.

I got a couple of these sample packets and hoped it would help my ingrown hairs around the bikini area. So far, not a lot of change. It has a cooling sensation that felt a bit tingly on sensitive skin. After researching the ingredients, I think this is a good cream for killing bacteria, but not for exfoliating ingrown hairs. The active ingredient is alpha bisabolol, which is anti-inflammatory, anti-irritant, and anti-bacterial. The rest are to help skin penetration and solubility. There are no exfoliating ingredients such as salicylic acid, which is the active ingredient in Tend Skin. I will use it on freshly waxed skin, and then after a few days, use a gentle exfoliant to address ingrowns. I like this better than Neosporin post-wax, which is too greasy for the bikini area. Perhaps with long term use, with fewer follicle infections, fewer ingrown hairs would result.Ingredients (found on back of packet): purified water, fragrance, ceterarly alcohol, ceteareth-20, 2-hexyldecanol, glycerin, cetyl alcohol, chamomile extract (1), carbomer, food starch modified, alpha bisabolol, witch hazel extract, triethanolamine, dimethicone, stearic acid.Note: this is for the Finipil Pro sample packet.

I love this stuff. It gives a cooling sensation so make sure you don't rub your eyes after you apply. It helped me not get red bumps after shaving or waxing. I'd reccomend this product to those have sensive skin and those who are prone to getting red bumps after shaving or waxing.
