These blocks are on the smaller side, but that's perfect for your little one's hands. Note that for this set the letters and images on other faces do not correlate, so you might have letter B and then a crocodile or something. At this price they are a great value and can be used for a variety of things like learning letters, rolling them like dice and practicing storytelling with what shows up, math, spelling, colors, solid/outline, etc... well worth it! Also comes with a nice little bag to store them in.

This is a solid choice for any young child’s toy collection. The set includes 50 colorful wooden blocks with letters, numbers, and classic images that my toddler enjoys stacking and sorting. It’s wonderful for early learning, helping kids with letter and number recognition in a fun, interactive way.However, I was a bit disappointed with the quality of some of the blocks. A few pieces arrived with small chips, which took away from the overall look and feel of the set. While it doesn’t impact playtime too much, I expected a bit more durability for the price, especially from a trusted brand like Melissa & Doug.Despite the minor quality issues, the educational value is great, and my toddler loves it. Plus, the included storage pouch makes cleanup easy!

As soon as these blocks arrived I knew i hit it gold, because my roomate of 7 years was sooooooooo JEALOUS. Incredibly well made blocks, perfect for building, spelling, and learning maths. The looks of envy were so powerful from the roomie, I immediately wrapped these in gift wrap and gave them to my Grandniece. She cried for a good 20 minutes because nobody wanted her to rip into them right away, but they do come with an excellent sack for storage!

The blocks are a little smaller than I would have liked but they are perfect for babies or smaller children's hands. They're cute, sturdy, and stackable. Only real downfall is that I wish the letters matched the animals that are on the blocks. But otherwise these are really great and my daughter really enjoys playing with them.
