I followed the instructions: put it on a flat surface, added juice, let it warm up, and I pushed the button when it indicated it was ready. I got one nice stream out of it. Then, like the other reviewer with the video, it just shot out a stream of fluid. No more fog.I tried different things to get it to work. I turned it off and on. I removed the power cord and put it back in. I let it sit there to warm up longer (I waited an hour at most). I let it cool down and heat up again. I added more fluid. I changed the fluid.Nothing worked so I concluded I got a defective unit and sent it back.

This made our Halloween party the remote is a little Temperamental but that’s expected for the price it even was left outside and got wet I was worried it was broken but it lived on very happy with the product

The first one failed to work; however I received a second within days and it worked perfectly! Very happy with the customer service in getting it corrected.

Would like more light functions and have the ability to turn them on and off while dispensing fog. But definitely worth the amount and basic functions.

Very easy to use & had plenty of fog for our front porch for Halloween.

Great little machine. Worked perfectly.
