As someone who prefers a more natural approach the health......My family takes this every year as a preventative measure against the flu. Taking one dose each week for six weeks prior to flu season. It can also be taken when having the flu as a means of shortening the symptoms. Thankfully we haven't had to use it for flu outbreaks, we've been flu free for years. Have had great results, it easy to take, put under your tongue, dissolves and is actually kind of sweet so not a problem to get child to take either. The price was much cheaper than at my local health food store too.

This stuff works. As long as one takes it once a week; you use it under the tongue, you shouldn’t get a cold or 'flu. I've never had to use it with a cold but I bet it would do the trick if you follow the instructions. It's a good product and was recommended to me by my doctor of integrated medicine....He's always "dead on". The other nice thing is that it's cheap at the price because it lasts for 6 weeks!I definitely would recommend it.

I took this product about once a week during the winter. I did get one cold, but it wasn't the flu. If I felt something coming on I took one a day. I think this product is helpful in guarding off the flu.

We use this product as a preventative and also when we start getting allergy/cold symptoms -It is amazing! I keep on hand. I take one vial a week or if getting ill start with every 8 hours. Amazing product!

The very best anti flu product I have ever used. I buy it in bulk and take it pre and during the flu season. It moderates the severity of symptoms should I get the flu bug. Excellent.
