Snapware Round Airtight And Leak Proof Canister 9.8 Cup

I received 6 of these containers and 3 of them had damaged seals due to the lids having been tightened while the seal was miss-aligned. I was able to force the permanently deformed seal into place and screw the lids down, however, I doubt the deformed lid will make an air-tight seal as intended. The product is itself a good one, and I have many other Snapware containers which are relatively air tight and easy to open and close. The items i received are slightly different than pictured having a white lid collar, but a clear flip lid. (the photo shows collar and lid are both white). I have no problem with the clear lids, but some may have wanted the white surface for labeling purposes.

Very good value, this same size sells for a great deal more elsewhere. It is quite a substantial size, enough to hold over 3 lbs of rice or flour with room to spare but not too tall to stand on the average cupboard shelf. I plan to buy another!

We have one of these for years for our mini schnauzer's dog food. The two new Snapware containers are for candy and cookies. The air-tight seal keeps everything fresh.

I've been using these for many years. This purchase was just adding some more. Very good containers.

These are NOT Dishwasher safe. There is raised clear print that says hand wash only on the bottom of these containers.I bought 4 and all are destroyed after the initial washing in my dishwasher. I use the Snapware brand, but will not ever buy these again.
