Remembering the trouble I have had in the past trying to adjust belts, and spoiling them, I thought I would buy this product. I didn't use it for a few weeks as I had no cause to, then tried it on a suede type belt with a double hole. Admittedly, the spring loaded adjuster is a bit stiff; I prised it open with a pair of nail scissors. This allows you to turn the wheel to the appropriate sized hole punch. This done, I punched away at the belt and with one firm press there was a very neat hole. I did the same on the other side of the belt and it was done. It really was that quick and effective. It does exactly what you want it to.
